I approach counseling with the understanding of how life can seem chaotic and lonely. Knowing we are not alone can be one of the most freeing acknowledgements. However, I understand the step towards that freedom is not always the easiest.

I view the world through a faith-based lens and create a judgement-free environment. You can be yourself and we will talk and build a relationship that allows for you to identify and value resources in yourself. As I provide compassion and empathy, through evidence-based techniques you will gain skills to take with you into your personal life and head space.
I serve adolescents, adults, and couples. Areas I primarily work within include trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, and self-acceptance. As your therapist I will walk alongside you and encourage you to meet your goals we establish together in session. I look forward to meeting you and sharing in your bright story.
