Since earning my Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy & Community Counseling I have worked in a variety of settings. Areas of interest include pre-marital/relationship/marriage enhancement, family conflict, life transitions, grief, anxiety & depression, trauma recovery, addiction, and stress. As a military spouse, I welcome service members and families.
My approach draws prominently from existential, family systems, and emotionally-focused principles, however, I adapt interventions according to individual, couple, and family needs. I hold that in honoring your dignity, experience, and responsibility we will encounter growth in understanding, hope & change.”
